Battle swarms of insects in Millipede for Atari 2600. Based on Atari's popular arcade sequel to Centipede, this fast-paced shooter challenges players to defend themselves against waves of creeping, crawling creatures while surviving increasingly chaotic attacks across a mushroom-filled battlefield.
Players control an archer positioned at the bottom of the screen, firing upward to break apart the advancing millipede into smaller and faster segments. Each segment becomes a new threat, forcing players to carefully manage the battlefield while avoiding enemy insects and obstacles.
In addition to the millipede itself, players must contend with spiders, bees, dragonflies, mosquitoes, earwigs, and other dangerous creatures, each with unique movement patterns and behaviors.
