At Bitjump Games, we’re committed to delivering your favorite video games, consoles, trading cards, accessories, and collectibles with speed and care. Below you’ll find information about our shipping options, processing times, free shipping offer, and items that may be available for local pickup or in-store purchase only.

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on most qualifying orders of $100 or more before tax and any applicable fees to addresses within the continental United States. No promo code is required—the offer is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Free shipping does not apply to every product. Certain oversized, unusually heavy, high-cost-to-ship, or otherwise restricted items may be excluded from our free shipping offer. When a product has a shipping exclusion, we will generally note that information in the product description on the product page.

Examples of products that may be excluded include large console bundles, instrument bundles, arcade equipment, oversized accessories, large displays, and other products that require special packaging or significantly higher shipping costs.

Shipping Exclusions, Pickup-Only & In-Store-Only Items

Because we sell a wide variety of products—ranging from individual games and trading cards to large consoles, accessories, displays, and specialty items—not every product is available for standard shipping.

Shipping Exclusions: Some products may be available to ship but are excluded from promotional or free shipping because of their size, weight, value, packaging requirements, or shipping cost. Any applicable exclusion will generally be listed in the product description.
Store Pickup Only: Some products are available to purchase through our website but must be picked up at our Provo, Utah store. These products cannot normally be shipped. Pickup-only restrictions will generally be identified in the product description.
In-Store Only: Certain products may only be available for purchase directly inside our retail store and may not be available to purchase through our website at all.

If you are unsure whether a particular item can be shipped, please review the product description or contact us before placing your order.

We do our best to ensure that shipping availability and restrictions are displayed correctly on every product. However, if an item is mistakenly made available for shipping when it is normally restricted to local pickup or requires additional shipping charges, we may contact you before fulfillment. Depending on the item, we may offer the option to pay the additional shipping cost, arrange for local pickup, or cancel the affected item or order for a full refund.

Shipping Rates and Options

For orders under $100, orders containing products excluded from free shipping, or orders shipping outside the continental United States, available shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Depending on the order and destination, available options may include:

Free Standard Shipping: Available on most qualifying orders of $100 or more before taxes and applicable fees, subject to the exclusions described above.
Economy Shipping: An economical option for eligible orders when available.
Standard Shipping: Reliable shipping suitable for most orders.
Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery for an additional cost when available.
Express Shipping: Our fastest available shipping option for eligible orders and destinations.

Shipping methods shown at checkout may vary depending on the products in your order and your delivery address.

Order Processing Times

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed by 8:00 PM Mountain Time on business days are typically processed, packed, and prepared for carrier pickup by the next business day.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the following business day and shipped with the next available carrier pickup.

For example, an order placed at 10:00 PM on Monday may be processed on Tuesday and picked up by the carrier on Wednesday.

Processing times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during holidays, major product releases, sales, conventions, or other periods of unusually high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the carrier. Typical estimates include:

Economy Shipping: Approximately 5–7 business days.
Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Approximately 2–5 business days.
Express Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package and do not include order processing time. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Additional Shipping Details

Orders may require a signature upon delivery depending on the value, size, destination, or contents of the shipment.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates unless otherwise stated and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your shipment arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
