Oops sorry I thought the other review was for the whole experience. You don't care about the game itself, you care about the company. The experience with this company is five stars. Efficient packaging, arrived earlier than expected, and everything was exactly as it should be- good condition, I got what I ordered. Great first experience.
Ended up getting someone else's order shipped to me by mistake. The store owner was very apologetic and worked with both me and the other customer to ship each other our correct items. Not an ideal situation, created a short delay and a little panic, but thankfully it worked out in the end. Items were very well packaged when they arrived after the detour, in good condition as described. Would order again and give the benefit of the doubt that it was a one time incident, always prefer to support small businesses.

So far so good…. A little glitchy but not bad over all i like it
Arrived in perfect condition. I asked to have it shipped in box and they did. Im greatful for my order.
Order was perfect, the delivery service held onto the order for about 10 days saying there was a delay, not the sellers fault
Customer service was great and console arrived quickly. The console itself was not refurbished as listed. I took the risk of voiding my warranty by opening up the console because the disc drive would not read any games and the inside had clumps of dust all inside and looked to have never been opened. Luckily i was able to swap working parts from an old unit, cleaned it and got it working like it should. I will consider doing buisness in the future but not sure for another console.
Shop has been fair in pricing, very knowledgeable. Jordan is the guy if you have cards to trade or are looking into playing the game. They have a great selection of singles, along with a variety of different sealed products.

Bought a refurbished SNES from Bit Jump Games when my original system finally gave up the ghost. They shipped the new console to me incredibly fast and for a 36 year old console, it looked great! No "yellowing" of the hardware. Glad they're around to support my retro gaming mid life crisis!
