Warranty & Return Policy
- 90-Day Bitjump Pre-Owned Guarantee: All pre-owned items are backed by our 90-day guarantee. If a pre-owned game, console, or accessory fails during normal use within 90 days of delivery (or in-store purchase), we'll help with an exchange for the same item or store credit.
- New Items (Refunds): New, unopened items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the order date. If Damaged or defective, those products may be exchanged for the same item.
- Pre-Owned Items (Refunds): Pre-owned items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 7 days of delivery (or in-store purchase date). Everything that was originally included with the item must be included.
- Repairs & Upgraded Consoles (365 Days): Repairs and upgraded consoles include a 365-day parts and labor limited warranty from the date of purchase or service that covers the repairs and upgrades on the device.
- Discounts & Coupons: If a discount or coupon was applied to your order, any refund issued will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligable for a return or refund:
- New/Sealed video games. (Damaged or defective products may be exchanged for the same item)
- Trading card game products including booster packs, Booster boxes, singles, and similar.
- Digital products (digital downloads
- Gift cards.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
- Contact us first: Email contact@bitjumpgames.com or call (801) 477-6431 with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- We’ll send return instructions: Once we review your request, we’ll email you the return address and any details needed for your return or warranty claim.
- Include a note in the box: Please include a note with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, the reason for the return, and what you’d like (refund, exchange, or store credit).
- Ship the item with tracking: Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your return is processed.
- Return processing: Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and process the outcome within 7 business days. Exchanges and replacements typically ship within 2–4 business days after processing.
