The title features a comprehensive technical overhaul, outputting at a crisp 1080p resolution while docked and transitioning to a native 720p in handheld mode, all while maintaining a smooth 60fps in single and two-player modes.
Designed for players of all skill levels, the Deluxe edition introduces a new Smart Steering feature and an optional Auto-Accelerate mode, making it accessible for younger children or those new to the series. The gameplay has been enhanced with technical additions like dual item slots, allowing racers to hold two power-ups simultaneously for more tactical defense and offense.
