Description
Description
Pokemon Silver Version - Game Boy Color is a role-playing adventure set in the Johto region, where players begin their journey by choosing Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile as their first partner Pokémon. The adventure follows a new Trainer traveling between towns, challenging Gym Leaders, battling Team Rocket, and working toward the Pokémon League while uncovering the mysteries surrounding legendary Pokémon such as Lugia.
Gameplay centers on exploring, catching, training, and battling Pokémon while introducing major features that expanded the original games. Pokemon Silver Version adds a real-time day-and-night cycle, Pokémon breeding, held items, friendship-based evolution, and the new Dark and Steel types. After completing the main Johto challenge, players can travel to the Kanto region, battle additional Gym Leaders, and continue developing their team across a second full region.
Developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo in North America in 2000, Pokemon Silver Version is part of the second generation of Pokémon games. Its two-region adventure, expanded mechanics, memorable Johto setting, and large postgame make it an appealing choice for Pokémon fans and Game Boy Color collectors.
This is the authentic cartridge for Game Boy Color. It has been replaced with a new save battery, cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to work!
