Description
Description
Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters for the Nintendo Game Boy continues the legendary adventures of Pit, the angelic hero of Angel Land. When the goddess Palutena foresees a great evil threatening the realm, she sends Pit on a perilous quest to strengthen his skills and gather sacred treasures needed to defeat the dark forces. Players navigate platforming stages filled with mythical enemies, challenging bosses, and hidden chambers while using Pit’s trusty bow and wings to conquer the sky and underworld alike.
Developed by Nintendo and TOSE, this 1991 sequel to the NES classic refines the original with smoother controls, larger levels, and battery-backed saving for on-the-go progress. Blending Greek-inspired mythology with classic Nintendo charm, Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters offers a perfect mix of exploration, combat, and vertical platforming. It remains one of the Game Boy’s most underrated gems and a must-play for fans of early Nintendo adventure games.
