Players must weave through other vehicles while keeping an eye on their remaining gas supply. Reaching gas stations along the route is critical, as running out of fuel will end the run. The challenge comes from balancing speed with careful driving to avoid collisions that can slow progress.
The game focuses on simple, arcade-style gameplay that rewards quick reactions and route awareness. With its straightforward driving mechanics and constant race against the fuel gauge, Out of Gas for Game Boy delivers a classic portable driving challenge where every second and every drop of fuel counts.
