Description
Description
Planet of the Apes arrives on the PlayStation Portable in this UMD Video release, bringing the classic science fiction film to Sony’s portable movie format. This iconic story follows astronaut George Taylor, who crash-lands on a mysterious planet ruled by intelligent apes, where humans are primitive, voiceless, and hunted.
As Taylor struggles to survive and uncover the truth about this strange world, he is captured and studied by an ape society divided by politics, religion, and scientific debate. With memorable characters like Dr. Zira and Cornelius, the film explores themes of power, evolution, and humanity’s potential for self-destruction.
This UMD Video edition allows PSP owners to watch Planet of the Apes on the go, preserving the film’s dramatic performances, tense atmosphere, and legendary twists in a portable format. It stands as a prime example of the PSP’s role as both a gaming system and a multimedia device.
Planet of the Apes on UMD is a strong addition for science fiction fans, classic film enthusiasts, and PSP collectors alike. Whether revisiting the movie or experiencing it for the first time, this release remains a memorable part of the UMD Video library.
