Michael Jackson: The Experience - Xbox 360 is a rhythm and dance game built around the music, choreography, and performances of Michael Jackson. Players dance along to a collection of his best-known songs, including tracks such as Billie Jean, Beat It, Bad, and Smooth Criminal, with routines inspired by his iconic music videos and live performances.
Gameplay uses the Xbox 360 Kinect sensor to track full-body movement as players follow on-screen choreography and earn scores based on timing and accuracy. The Kinect-based version allows players to perform without holding a controller, while visual effects place the player’s silhouette into the performance. The game includes a variety of routines ranging from approachable dance sequences to more demanding choreography inspired by Jackson’s signature moves.
Developed and published by Ubisoft, Michael Jackson: The Experience was released for Xbox 360 in 2011 following earlier versions on other platforms. A Kinect sensor is required for play on Xbox 360.
