Gameplay combines traditional football strategy with accessible 16-bit controls. Players choose plays before each snap, read the defense, execute running and passing attacks, and make defensive adjustments to stop opposing drives. Multiple game options allow for individual matchups and extended competition, while local multiplayer lets two players face each other using their preferred college teams.
