Ozzy & Drix - Game Boy Advance is an action-platformer based on the animated television series inspired by the film Osmosis Jones. Players join white blood cell Osmosis "Ozzy" Jones and cold pill Drix as they protect the body of teenager Hector Cruz from dangerous viruses, bacteria, and other threats while traveling through environments based on the inner workings of the human body.
Gameplay combines side-scrolling platforming, combat, and environmental challenges as Ozzy and Drix use their different abilities to defeat enemies and progress through each stage. Players navigate biological locations filled with hazards, moving platforms, and hostile microorganisms while collecting items and completing objectives. The game draws heavily from the show's unusual setting, turning organs and body systems into colorful action stages.
