Rocket: Robot on Wheels - Nintendo 64 is a 3D platforming adventure set inside the colorful Whoopie World amusement park. Players control Rocket, a small maintenance robot tasked with restoring order after the park is thrown into chaos. The adventure takes Rocket through themed areas filled with mechanical obstacles, enemies, collectibles, puzzles, and attractions that must be explored to progress.
Gameplay combines platforming with physics-based puzzle solving, giving Rocket the ability to grab, carry, push, pull, and manipulate objects throughout the environment. Players use these mechanics to activate machines, move platforms, solve environmental challenges, and reach hidden areas. Rocket can also ride vehicles, interact with amusement park attractions, and collect tickets and other items while exploring large 3D stages designed around experimentation and movement.
Developed by Sucker Punch Productions and published by Ubisoft in 1999, Rocket: Robot on Wheels was the first game from the studio that later created the Sly Cooper and inFamous series.
