Nintendo NES Console
Description
Description
The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) is a home video game console released by Nintendo, known for helping define the modern gaming industry. Originally launched in the 1980s, the NES introduced players to iconic characters and franchises such as Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, and Metroid, all set within a wide variety of game worlds and genres.
The console uses interchangeable cartridges, allowing players to build a library of games across platformers, action titles, RPGs, sports, and more. It features a simple controller with a directional pad, two action buttons, and start/select inputs, creating a control standard that influenced future consoles.
As one of the most recognizable systems in gaming history, the NES remains a foundational part of retro gaming, making it a popular choice for collectors and those looking to experience classic Nintendo titles.
Refurbished: Deep cleaned inside and out with attention to the cartridge slot, power/reset switches, and AV/multi-out ports. The original 72-pin connector is cleaned and adjusted for strong, consistent reads (no aftermarket replacements). Components like capacitors, voltage regulator, and other components are replaced as needed. Included controller has been cleaned and tested.
- Good Condition: Console is fully functional and in overall good cosmetic condition. It may show light signs of wear such as minor scuffs, small scratches, or slight discoloration from normal use, but nothing that significantly impacts its appearance.
-
Acceptable Condition: Console is fully functional but shows noticeable cosmetic wear. This may include dents, cracks, scratches, stickers or residue, marker/ink, or heavier discoloration. These flaws are cosmetic only and do not affect performance.
