Set in a fractured timeline created by the serpent king Orochi, the story follows legendary warriors from different eras who are pulled into a chaotic world where history has been twisted. Faced with overwhelming enemies and corrupted battlefields, these heroes must work together to uncover the truth behind Orochi’s return and restore balance to time itself.
The narrative features a massive cast drawn from both franchises, including iconic figures such as Zhao Yun, Nobunaga Oda, Liu Bei, and Yukimura Sanada, alongside mythological and original characters unique to the Orochi storyline. Players form three-character teams, switching between warriors in real time to chain attacks, unleash devastating Musou abilities, and manage elemental affinities. Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate introduces new story chapters, additional playable characters, and alternate scenarios that further expand the already ambitious narrative.
