Description
Description
Nuclear Strike for the original PlayStation is a military action game that puts players in control of heavily armed combat vehicles during a global crisis involving a stolen nuclear weapon. As part of an elite strike force, players must track down a dangerous terrorist organization and prevent its leader from unleashing a devastating nuclear attack.
Take control of attack helicopters and other military vehicles as you complete missions across large battlefields filled with enemy troops, armored vehicles, aircraft, defensive installations, and mission objectives. Combat emphasizes a combination of firepower and resource management, requiring players to monitor ammunition, fuel, and armor while using machine guns, rockets, missiles, and other weapons to eliminate threats. Missions include destroying strategic targets, rescuing allies, escorting friendly units, and protecting important locations.
Developed and published by Electronic Arts and released for the PlayStation in 1997, Nuclear Strike continues the gameplay style established by earlier entries in the Strike series such as Desert Strike and Jungle Strike, while expanding the formula with 3D environments and cinematic presentation. Whether you're expanding your original PlayStation collection, collecting classic EA games, or looking for vehicle-based military action, Nuclear Strike delivers objective-driven missions, explosive combat, and strategic battlefield gameplay.
