Sony’s redesigned handheld improves upon the original PlayStation Vita with a slimmer profile, lighter weight, enhanced battery life, and built-in internal storage while retaining the powerful portable gaming experience that made the Vita a favorite among handheld enthusiasts.
The PlayStation Vita Slim features a vibrant 5-inch touchscreen display, dual analog sticks, rear touchpad functionality, motion controls, and access to an extensive library of PlayStation Vita games, PlayStation Portable titles, PlayStation 1 classics, indie games, and digital content through the PlayStation Store. Its ergonomic design and portable form factor make it ideal for gaming on the go.
The 2000-series Vita model includes improved portability and longer battery life compared to the original model, allowing for extended gaming sessions whether at home or while traveling. The system also supports Remote Play functionality with compatible PlayStation consoles, giving players additional ways to enjoy their favorite games.
