Description

Road Rash 64 - Nintendo 64 is an arcade-style motorcycle racing game that combines high-speed competition with aggressive vehicular combat. Players race through traffic-filled roads while battling rival riders using punches, kicks, and a variety of weapons, creating a mix of racing and brawling that gives the game its distinctive identity.

Gameplay focuses on finishing races while surviving attacks from opponents and avoiding crashes, traffic, and other hazards. Players can knock rivals from their bikes, steal weapons during combat, and use items such as clubs and chains to gain an advantage. The game includes multiple riders and motorcycles, along with single-player progression and local multiplayer modes that support up to four players for competitive races and combat-focused events.

Developed by Pacific Coast Power & Light and published by THQ in 1999, Road Rash 64 brought the long-running Road Rash series to Nintendo 64 with an emphasis on chaotic multiplayer action. Its combination of motorcycle racing, weapon-based combat, traffic hazards, and four-player competition makes it an appealing choice for arcade racing fans and Nintendo 64 collectors.
