If a pre-owned game, console, or accessory fails during normal use within 90 days of delivery (or in-store purchase), we’ll help resolve the issue with an exchange for the same item or store credit. - Game + Case: a pre-owned copy, includes the original game cartridge or disc, plus a case with cover art. For disc-based games, the case may be replaced with a new third-party case if the original is damaged or missing. No reprinted cover art is used.
