Brutal: Above the Claw - SEGA 32X
Description
Description
Unleash the beast in the definitive 32-bit edition of the world’s wildest martial arts tournament: Brutal: Above the Claw for the SEGA 32X. Moving beyond the 16-bit "Paws of Fury," this enhanced 32X version delivers upgraded visuals and faster gameplay that truly shows off the power of the "Mushroom" add-on. It is a mandatory essential for fighting game collectors and SEGA fans who enjoy a mix of deep combat mechanics and a quirky, tongue-in-cheek personality.
Ditch the human warriors and master the animal-style Kung Fu of Kung Fu Bunny, Prince Leon, and the heavy-hitting Tai Cheetah. Brutal: Above the Claw is famous for its unique belt-ranking system; you don't just start with every move—you must earn your stripes by defeating opponents, slowly unlocking your character's full potential as you move from White Belt to Black Belt. The 32X version features significantly improved character sprites with a higher color count and smoother, hand-drawn animations that pop against the detailed 32-bit backgrounds. With a sophisticated AI that learns from your playstyle and a funky, CD-quality soundtrack, this title delivers a definitive and highly original 32-bit fighting experience on your original SEGA hardware.
