Fatal Fury - Super Nintendo
Description
Description
Enter the streets of South Town and claim your destiny in the legendary Fatal Fury for the Super Nintendo. As the first home console port of SNK’s arcade smash hit, this fighting game classic introduces the world to Terry Bogard, Andy Bogard, and Joe Higashi as they seek vengeance against the crime lord Geese Howard. It is a foundational essential for any SNES collection and the beginning of a fighting game dynasty.
Experience the unique two-plane combat system, a revolutionary mechanic that allows fighters to jump between the foreground and background to dodge attacks and reposition for the perfect strike. Master iconic special moves like Terry’s "Power Wave" and Andy’s "Zan Ei Ken" as you battle through a gauntlet of eccentric opponents, including the staff-wielding Billy Kane and the heavy-hitting Raiden. While the arcade version focused on a singular journey, the SNES edition features a dedicated 2-Player Versus mode, allowing you to settle the score with friends at home. With its large character sprites, cinematic story interludes, and tight 16-bit controls, Fatal Fury remains a gritty, high-stakes brawler that defines the Super Nintendo fighting era.
The Bitjump Standard
Every cartridge of Fatal Fury is processed through our specialized workshop in Provo, Utah, to ensure it meets our rigorous standards:
- Verified Authentic: We perform a multi-point inspection of the PCB (printed circuit board) to guarantee 100% genuine Nintendo hardware—no "repro" fakes or counterfeit shells allowed.
- Refurbished Terminals: Game contacts are deep-cleaned and polished to ensure your SNES console reads the cartridge on the very first try.
- Bitjump Guarantee: All pre-owned items are backed by our 90-day warranty for total peace of mind.
- Select Your Condition: Use the variants above to choose between Cartridge Only, Game + Manual, or Complete in Box (CIB) based on our current live inventory.
