Call of Duty: Black Ops - PlayStation 3 is a first-person shooter set during the Cold War, following CIA operative Alex Mason through a series of covert missions and fragmented memories. The campaign moves across locations such as Cuba, Vietnam, and the Soviet Union while uncovering a conspiracy involving experimental weapons, secret numbers broadcasts, and figures connected to Mason’s past.
Gameplay combines cinematic firefights, stealth, vehicle sequences, and set-piece missions with the fast-paced gunplay of the Call of Duty series. Competitive multiplayer includes customizable classes, perks, killstreak rewards, weapon progression, and multiple game modes. Zombies mode also returns with cooperative survival gameplay, challenging players to fight increasingly difficult waves of the undead while purchasing weapons, opening new areas, and discovering hidden secrets.
