inFAMOUS 2 - PlayStation 3
Description
Description
inFAMOUS 2 - PlayStation 3 is an open-world action game that continues the story of Cole MacGrath, a superpowered Conduit capable of manipulating electricity. After facing a devastating new threat known as the Beast, Cole travels to the Southern-inspired city of New Marais in search of greater power and a way to stop the catastrophe before it spreads.
Gameplay combines open-world exploration, platforming, combat, and morality-based choices. Cole can climb buildings, grind along power lines, and use a growing arsenal of electrical abilities against militia forces, monsters, and other Conduits. Players can develop Cole along heroic or infamous paths, unlocking different powers and influencing portions of the story. New melee attacks and improved traversal give combat and movement more variety than in the original game.
Developed by Sucker Punch Productions and published by Sony Computer Entertainment in 2011, inFAMOUS 2 expanded the series with a larger city, stronger powers, and more elaborate missions. Its fluid traversal, branching morality system, destructive abilities, and comic-inspired presentation make it a standout PlayStation 3 exclusive and an appealing choice for action-game fans and collectors.
