When I received my controller the right stick was broken out of the box with a rattling noise. The stick just hangs and flops around. Want a refund
Hi Garth — I’m really sorry to hear the controller arrived in that condition. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have.
We did send you a couple emails to get this resolved and we’re just waiting to hear back — but if it’s easier, you’re also welcome to give us a call at (801) 477-6431 and we’ll take care of you right away.
While it’s rare, issues like this can sometimes happen during transit, and Retro Fighters does have an excellent 12-month manufacturer warranty. That said, we’re already ready to make it right on our end — we can either replace the controller or issue a full refund, whichever you’d prefer.
Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, and we’ll get this resolved as quickly as possible.

I really like the feel of this controller. The usb C charging port is convenient. It arrived quickly with no issues.
