Ship Your GameCube Console for Service
If you can’t make it to our Provo store, we make it easy to send your console in for repairs or upgrades. Here’s how the process works:
- Request a Repair - Contact us with details about your console and the service you need. We’ll confirm the next steps and provide instructions for shipping. Payment is not required up front. We will send an invoice after everything is completed, tested, and ready to return home. You will be responsible for all shipping costs both to and from our store.
- Test Before You Ship - Please test your console fully before sending it in to confirm which parts are working and which issues need attention. This helps us focus on the problem quickly.
- Pack Securely - Use a sturdy box with plenty of padding (bubble wrap, foam, or packing paper). Make sure your console cannot move around inside the package. Remove accessories like controllers, power cords, or games unless they’re part of the repair request.
- Choose Your Carrier - You’re free to use any shipping service you prefer. We recommend purchasing insurance for the full value of your console, as shipping carriers are responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.
- Send to our Provo, UT Store - Send your console to Bitjump Games, 32 S Freedom Blvd, Provo, UT 84601.
- We Test Upon Arrival - When your console arrives, our team tests it thoroughly before starting work. If we find additional issues that could delay the repair or upgrade, we’ll contact you with details and options before moving forward.
- Repair, Upgrade, Payment & Return - Once repairs or upgrades are complete, we’ll send you an invoice for payment and return shipping. After payment is received, we carefully repack your console and return it to you.

Our Repair Process
- Bring in Your Console – Visit our shop at 32 S Freedom Blvd in Provo, UT
- Free Diagnostic and Quote – We'll review upgrade options and needed repairs in person. If more time is needed. If more time is needed to figure out an issue, we may charge a small fee that can be applied toward the repair cost. Full payment not required until repair is fully completed.
- Expert Repair – Our technicians complete the repair/upgrade with care.
- Testing & Pickup – Once fully tested, we notify you for pickup.
