Description
The Incredibles - GameCube is an action-adventure game based on Disney and Pixar’s 2004 animated film, following the Parr family as they return to superhero life and confront the villain Syndrome. Players take control of multiple members of the Incredibles family across levels inspired by scenes and locations from the movie, with each hero bringing a different style of play.
Gameplay combines platforming, combat, obstacle courses, and character-specific abilities. Mr. Incredible relies on strength to defeat enemies and smash through obstacles, Elastigirl uses her stretching powers to reach distant areas, Dash races through high-speed stages, and Violet uses her defensive abilities during select sections. The variety of playable characters gives the campaign a mix of traditional action stages and specialized challenges.
Developed by Heavy Iron Studios and published by THQ in 2004, The Incredibles was released alongside the film on several platforms, including the Nintendo GameCube.
