These may include label damage (tears, discoloration, or missing entirely), fading, cracks to the cartridge shell, or other visible blemishes. It plays just like any other copy—only the appearance is affected.
- Box/Case: This is the original box or case with original cover art/printed insert for the game. Disc cases (CD/DVD/Blu-ray) may be replaced with an aftermarket if the original was damaged or missing. No reprinted inserts are used.
- Manual: The original manual / instruction booklet for that game
- Inserts: This can include, but not limited to, magazine signups, warranty information, or other items that were originally included with the games release

Metal Head - SEGA 32X
Metal Head is a first-person mech shooter developed exclusively for the SEGA 32X. Set in a dystopian future where global unrest has given rise to mechanized warfare, you pilot a massive bipedal combat mech through war-torn cities and industrial complexes, taking out enemy forces in fully 3D-rendered environments.
Showcasing the 32X’s polygonal capabilities, Metal Head features textured 3D graphics, voiceovers, mission briefings, and a HUD-style cockpit view that adds to the immersive feel. The gameplay combines strategic mech movement with arcade-style shooting across a series of missions involving enemy patrols, hostage rescues, and large-scale assaults.
