Description
Description
Nintendo Power Magazine Volume 25 features Battletoads on the cover, spotlighting Rare’s notoriously challenging NES action game starring the amphibian heroes Rash, Zitz, and Pimple. The cover highlights the over-the-top combat and wild level variety that made Battletoads one of the most memorable—and difficult—games on the Nintendo Entertainment System.
Inside the issue, readers can find coverage and tips for Battletoads, including strategies for surviving its infamous stages like the high-speed Turbo Tunnel. The magazine also includes features and game coverage for several other NES titles of the time, along with previews, maps, and hints designed to help players conquer tough levels.
Like other issues from Nintendo Power’s early years, the magazine also features player letters, fan-submitted tips, and updates on upcoming Nintendo releases. With Battletoads on the cover, Nintendo Power Volume 25 captures the excitement of the NES era and one of the system’s most talked-about action games.
