Description
Description
Bubble Bobble: Sugar Dungeons brings a fresh roguelike twist to Taito’s beloved bubble-blowing series, now on PlayStation 5. Join Bub as he ventures into procedurally generated dungeons packed with whimsical traps, dangerous foes, and sweet treasures. Every run offers a unique challenge with shifting layouts, enemy placements, and hidden secrets, keeping the adventure endlessly replayable.
Use Bub’s iconic bubble powers in creative ways: trap enemies, ride bubbles to reach new heights, or burst them with spikes to clear obstacles. Along the way, collect candy-inspired “ingredients” to power up and unlock new skills. Classic abilities like Water Bubbles return, alongside new techniques such as the airborne “Balloon Afro” and the devastating “Rolling Attack,” giving players more freedom and strategy in combat.
This edition also includes Bubble Symphony, the 1997 home console port of Taito’s classic platformer, bundled as a bonus to celebrate the series’ legacy. Enhanced by the PlayStation 5’s fast loading times and smooth performance, Bubble Bobble: Sugar Dungeons is the ultimate way to experience this charming dungeon crawler on console.
