The gameplay builds on the series’ signature formula of using inventive gadgets like the Monkey Net, Stun Club, and RC Car to track down and capture monkeys across a wide variety of themed stages. Ape Escape 3 also introduces the Morph system, which allows Kei and Yumi to transform into different forms such as a knight, ninja, or magician, each with special abilities that open new strategies in capturing monkeys.
