Description
Dead Rising 2 for PlayStation 3 is an open-world action game that throws players into the zombie-infested city of Fortune City, a sprawling entertainment destination inspired by the casinos and attractions of Las Vegas. Players take on the role of Chuck Greene, a former motocross champion who must survive a massive zombie outbreak while searching for the truth behind the disaster and protecting his daughter from the effects of infection.
The game is known for its over-the-top combat and creative weapon system. Players can use virtually anything they find as a weapon, from sporting goods and construction tools to casino equipment and household items. The signature Combo Weapon system allows players to combine everyday objects into powerful and often hilarious creations capable of mowing through hordes of zombies.
As time passes, new missions, survivors, and story events become available throughout Fortune City. Players must carefully manage their time while rescuing civilians, uncovering conspiracies, and battling powerful psychopaths who have lost their grip on reality during the outbreak.
