Description
Description
Celebrate Nintendo history with the Game Boy Micro System - Famicom 20th Anniversary Edition, one of the most sought-after variants of the Game Boy Micro. Released in Japan to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the original Family Computer (Famicom), this special edition features a striking red and gold color scheme inspired by the iconic Famicom controller, making it a standout piece for collectors and handheld gaming enthusiasts alike.
The Game Boy Micro is the smallest Game Boy Advance-compatible system Nintendo ever produced, offering a bright backlit display, interchangeable faceplates, rechargeable battery, and full compatibility with the Game Boy Advance library. Despite its compact size, it delivers crisp visuals and excellent portability, making it an ideal way to enjoy classics such as Pokémon Emerald, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, Metroid Fusion, and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. The Famicom 20th Anniversary Edition remains especially desirable thanks to its unique design and limited release.
Featuring premium styling, collectible appeal, and access to one of Nintendo's strongest handheld game libraries, the Game Boy Micro Famicom 20th Anniversary Edition is both a functional gaming system and a celebrated piece of Nintendo history. Whether you're a dedicated collector or looking for a distinctive way to experience Game Boy Advance games, this special edition remains one of the most iconic handhelds Nintendo ever released.
Refurbished: Cleaned inside and out with attention to the cartridge slot, power/reset switches, buttons, and screen. Parts and components like display, screen cover, battery door, capacitors, and other components are replaced as needed.
- Good Condition: Console is fully functional and in overall good cosmetic condition. It may show light signs of wear such as minor scuffs, small scratches, or slight discoloration from normal use, but nothing that significantly impacts its appearance.
- Acceptable Condition: Console is fully functional but shows noticeable cosmetic wear. This may include dents, cracks, scratches, stickers or residue, marker/ink, or heavier discoloration. These flaws are cosmetic only and do not affect performance.
