Description
Description
Glover - Nintendo 64 is a 3D platforming adventure starring a magical glove brought to life after an accident at a wizard’s castle. When powerful crystals protecting the kingdom are scattered and transformed into balls, Glover sets out to recover them and restore the castle while traveling through a variety of colorful, obstacle-filled worlds.
Gameplay combines platforming, puzzle solving, exploration, and physics-based challenges centered around controlling both Glover and a magical ball. Players can push, throw, bounce, dribble, and manipulate the ball to activate switches, cross hazards, defeat enemies, and solve environmental puzzles. Different ball forms alter how it behaves, requiring players to choose the right type for specific obstacles and challenges. Levels also contain collectibles and hidden areas that reward careful exploration.
Developed by Interactive Studios and published by Hasbro Interactive in 1998, Glover stands out among Nintendo 64 platformers for its unusual glove-and-ball mechanics and puzzle-focused level design. Its colorful presentation, creative physics challenges, and distinctive protagonist make it an appealing choice for fans of experimental 3D platformers and collectors building a Nintendo 64 library.
