GoldenEye 007: Reloaded - PlayStation 3 is a modern reimagining of the classic James Bond adventure inspired by the 1995 film GoldenEye. Players take control of Bond, portrayed in this version by Daniel Craig, as he investigates a conspiracy involving a dangerous satellite weapon, covert operations, and familiar characters from the GoldenEye story.
Gameplay combines first-person shooting, stealth, objective-based missions, and cinematic action sequences. Players can approach encounters with suppressed weapons and takedowns or engage enemies directly with a wide selection of firearms. The Reloaded edition adds upgraded high-definition visuals and the MI6 Ops Missions mode, which features standalone combat, stealth, and defense challenges. Local split-screen multiplayer supports up to four players, while the game originally featured larger online multiplayer matches.
Developed by Eurocom and published by Activision in 2011, GoldenEye 007: Reloaded expanded upon the 2010 Wii release with enhanced presentation and additional content for PlayStation 3.
