Featuring a metallic platinum finish and an orange Giants base, this collectible is a special variant of the original Hidden Treasure Magic Item from Skylanders Spyro's Adventure. It was originally included in the Skylanders Battlegrounds Starter Pack, making it one of the more unusual and sought-after Magic Items in the series.
In gameplay, the Platinum Treasure Chest functions just like the original Hidden Treasure, helping players locate a buried treasure chest filled with gold during levels. While its in-game functionality remains the same, its distinctive appearance and limited release have made it a favorite among Skylanders collectors.
