Players take on the role of a helicopter pilot tasked with evacuating wounded soldiers from the battlefield and transporting them safely to a field hospital for treatment.
The game is divided into multiple gameplay segments that challenge players to navigate dangerous conditions while completing critical rescue missions. Precise control and careful timing are required to land, pick up injured soldiers, and return them to safety without losing valuable time.
