In Nancy Drew: The Model Mysteries, the world’s most famous teen sleuth trades her magnifying glass for a bridesmaid's bouquet. Based on the Model Mystery book trilogy (Model Crime, Model Menace, and Model Suspect), the story follows Nancy as she attends the high-profile wedding of her model friend Sydney and reality TV star Vic. When Vic is nearly poisoned, Nancy must step in to determine if the culprit is a jealous rival or a producer looking to spike the show's ratings.
The gameplay is structured as a visual novel divided into three distinct episodes. You'll navigate the drama by interviewing over 15 suspects, though you must choose your questions carefully as you have a limited number of inquiries per chapter. Between interrogations, you'll tackle six types of mini-games, including hidden object searches, word scrambles, and a rhythm-based "dance floor" challenge to uncover the truth. A curious detail of this version is that Nancy is depicted wearing black spectacles in-game, despite not wearing them on the box art or in the original book series.
