Need for Speed: The Run - Limited Edition - Xbox 360
Description
Description
Need for Speed: The Run - Limited Edition - Xbox 360 is an arcade-style racing game built around a high-stakes cross-country competition from San Francisco to New York. Players take the role of Jack Rourke, a driver forced into a dangerous coast-to-coast race against hundreds of rivals while trying to outrun both law enforcement and criminal threats along the way.
Gameplay combines traditional street racing with cinematic set pieces, police pursuits, environmental hazards, and occasional on-foot sequences. Players race through cities, deserts, mountain roads, and other varied environments while passing competitors and surviving scripted challenges. The Limited Edition adds exclusive content, including additional cars and bonus challenges, expanding the selection available beyond the standard release.
Developed by EA Black Box and published by Electronic Arts in 2011, Need for Speed: The Run uses the Frostbite 2 engine and places a stronger emphasis on story and cinematic presentation than many earlier entries in the series. Its cross-country structure, varied locations, fast arcade racing, and Limited Edition extras make it an appealing choice for Need for Speed fans and Xbox 360 collectors.
