Nuts & Milk - Famicom
Description
Description
Nuts & Milk - Famicom, known in Japan as ナッツ＆ミルク, is a colorful single-screen platform game starring Milk, who must collect fruit and reach his girlfriend, Yogurt. Each stage is filled with platforms, ladders, springs, pipes, and other obstacles, while the troublesome Nuts characters pursue Milk and try to prevent him from reaching the goal.
Gameplay combines platforming with light puzzle-solving as players plan routes through compact stages, collect every required piece of fruit, and avoid enemies before making their way to Yogurt. Milk can jump across gaps and use elements of the environment to escape pursuit, with later stages introducing increasingly tricky layouts that demand careful timing and positioning. The game also includes a stage-editing feature that allows players to create custom layouts.
Developed and published by Hudson Soft, Nuts & Milk was released for the Japanese Family Computer in 1984 and became one of the earliest third-party games available for the system. Its simple mechanics, distinctive characters, puzzle-like stage design, and early place in Famicom history make it an appealing choice for retro gaming fans and Japanese game collectors.
