Operation C - Game Boy is a run-and-gun action game in the Contra series, bringing its fast-paced combat and military sci-fi setting to Nintendo’s handheld. Players take control of elite soldiers fighting through enemy bases, jungles, and fortified areas while battling soldiers, machines, and alien threats across a series of compact action stages.
Gameplay focuses on running, jumping, crouching, and firing in multiple directions while collecting weapon upgrades to improve firepower. Players must react quickly to incoming enemies, projectiles, and environmental hazards, with boss encounters testing both movement and shooting accuracy.
