The game follows Professor Hershel Layton and his apprentice Luke Triton after they are drawn into the strange medieval town of Labyrinthia. At the same time, defense attorney Phoenix Wright and his assistant Maya Fey find themselves transported to the same world, where logic and law operate under unfamiliar rules.
The narrative centers on a series of witchcraft accusations and trials that threaten the lives of Labyrinthia’s citizens.
