Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure - Nintendo DS
Description
Description
Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure - Nintendo DS is an action-adventure based on the National Geographic film of the same name, taking players beneath the surface of prehistoric oceans filled with enormous marine reptiles. Players explore an ancient underwater world while hunting for food, avoiding predators, battling rival creatures, and searching for fossils hidden throughout the environment.
Gameplay allows players to control six different prehistoric marine reptiles, including Tylosaurus, Nothosaurus, Thalassomedon, Henodus, Temnodontosaurus, and Dolichorhynchops. Each creature has different strengths and abilities, encouraging players to explore the environment in different ways. As players swim through open underwater areas, they can hunt prey, confront dangerous predators, complete challenges, and collect hidden fossils while unlocking additional creatures and areas.
Developed by Atomic Planet Entertainment and published in North America by DSI Games, Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure was released for Nintendo DS in 2008. Its prehistoric setting, playable marine reptiles, exploration-focused structure, and connection to National Geographic make it an unusual addition to the Nintendo DS library and an appealing choice for dinosaur and prehistoric-animal fans.
