• Game + Case + Manual: a pre-owned copy, includes the original game cartridge or disc, plus a case with cover art and the original instruction manual. For disc-based games, the case may be replaced with a clean third-party case if the original is damaged or missing. No reprinted cover art is used.
• Complete (Complete in Box / CIB): a pre-owned copy, includes the original game, original box/case with cover art, original manual, and other extras that were included at retail (if applicable). Inserts may include items like registration cards, posters, warranty slips, promotional materials, bonus CDs, slipcovers, etc. Please see the product description where it may be clear about what's included for that game. 
• Cosmetic Flaws: a pre-owned copy, has visible wear from normal use that does not affect gameplay or functionality. These are purely appearance-related imperfections—great for customers who care more about playing than display perfection.
