Description
Description
Star Wars: Bounty Hunter - PlayStation 2 is a third-person action game starring Jango Fett before the events of Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones. Hired to track down the dangerous Dark Jedi Komari Vosa, Jango travels across the galaxy pursuing targets, battling criminal organizations, and uncovering events that help explain how he became involved with Count Dooku and the creation of the clone army.
Gameplay combines shooting, platforming, bounty hunting, and jetpack-assisted traversal across a variety of environments. Jango can use his dual blaster pistols along with weapons and gadgets such as a flamethrower, missiles, whipcord, and targeting scanner. Players can identify optional bounty targets during missions and capture them for additional rewards, adding an extra layer of exploration and challenge beyond completing the main objectives.
Developed and published by LucasArts in 2002, Star Wars: Bounty Hunter expanded Jango Fett’s backstory and became one of the more distinctive Star Wars action games of the PlayStation 2 era. Its bounty-hunting mechanics, recognizable character, and original storyline make it an appealing choice for Star Wars fans, action-game enthusiasts, and collectors building a PlayStation 2 library.
