Street Fighter X Tekken - PlayStation 3 brings together two legendary fighting game franchises in a crossover built around Capcom's fast-paced 2D fighting system. Characters from Street Fighter and Tekken clash in tag-team battles, combining familiar special moves and combos with mechanics designed specifically for two-character teams.
Players select a pair of fighters and can switch between them during battle, extend combos through tag attacks, and use the Cross Gauge for powerful techniques such as EX moves and Super Arts. The roster includes recognizable characters such as Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Kazuya, Nina, and King, with each fighter adapted to fit the game's unified combat system. The Gem System also allows players to equip bonuses that can activate under specific battle conditions.
Released for PlayStation 3 in 2012, Street Fighter X Tekken was one of the most ambitious crossover fighting games of its era, merging two series with very different approaches to combat.
