Tearaway Unfolded for PlayStation 4 is a charming action-adventure platformer that invites players into a magical world crafted entirely from paper. Developed by Media Molecule and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, this expanded reimagining of the original PlayStation Vita game takes full advantage of the PlayStation 4 and DualShock 4 controller, creating a unique interactive experience where players become an active part of the story.
Players guide either Iota or Atoi, a courageous messenger on a mission to deliver an important message to "You"—the player. Journey through beautifully handcrafted environments filled with folded paper landscapes, whimsical creatures, and creative puzzles while exploring vibrant worlds inspired by arts and crafts. Along the way, players use jumping, rolling, throwing, and clever environmental interactions to overcome obstacles and uncover hidden collectibles.
The PlayStation 4 version introduces new areas, redesigned levels, and gameplay mechanics built around the DualShock 4's touchpad, motion controls, speaker, and light bar.
