Tetris Attack for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System is a fast-paced puzzle game that challenges players to match colorful blocks before the stack reaches the top of the screen. Despite its name, the game features gameplay distinct from traditional Tetris, delivering an addictive match-three experience starring familiar characters from Nintendo's Yoshi's Island universe.
Swap adjacent blocks to create horizontal or vertical matches of three or more, causing them to disappear and allowing the remaining blocks to cascade into satisfying chain reactions and massive combos. As the stack continuously rises, you'll need quick thinking and careful planning to clear blocks efficiently and stay ahead of the increasing pace. Challenge the computer in Story Mode, test your endurance in Endless Mode, sharpen your skills in Time Trial, or compete head-to-head with a friend in the exciting two-player Versus Mode.
