XIII | Thirteen - Xbox
Description
Description
XIII - Xbox is a first-person shooter based on the Belgian graphic novel series, presented with a distinctive cel-shaded comic-book visual style. Players take the role of an amnesiac man known only as XIII, who awakens with no memory of his identity and soon becomes caught in a conspiracy surrounding the assassination of the President of the United States.
Gameplay combines gunfights, stealth, exploration, and gadget use across missions set in military bases, government facilities, urban locations, and other environments. Players can use pistols, rifles, crossbows, grenades, and improvised weapons while uncovering clues about XIII's past. Comic-style panels and on-screen sound effects appear during key moments, reinforcing the game's graphic-novel presentation. The Xbox version also includes local and online multiplayer modes with multiple maps and competitive game types.
Developed by Ubisoft Paris and published by Ubisoft in 2003, Thirteen stands out for its stylized presentation, conspiracy-driven story, and combination of stealth and traditional first-person shooting. Its memorable visual design, varied missions, multiplayer support, and mystery-focused narrative make it an appealing choice for shooter fans and original Xbox collectors.
