The game begins by using this camera to perform a "full body shape analysis," scanning your silhouette and projecting your image directly onto the screen so you can check your form alongside your virtual "workout buddy," Jenny McCarthy.
The gameplay focus is heavily on aerobics and bodyweight exercises, offering nearly 500 unique moves across categories like Yoga, Cardio, and Strength Training. Because the camera tracks your limbs in real-time, the game provides immediate verbal feedback—McCarthy will cheer you on or tell you to "get moving" if you fall behind the rhythm.
