These may include label damage (tears, discoloration, or missing entirely), fading, cracks to the cartridge shell, or other visible blemishes. It plays just like any other copy—only the appearance is affected.
- Box/Case: This is the original box or case with original cover art/printed insert for the game. Disc cases (CD/DVD/Blu-ray) may be replaced with an aftermarket if the original was damaged or missing. No reprinted inserts are used.
- Manual: The original manual / instruction booklet for that game
- Inserts: This can include, but not limited to, magazine signups, warranty information, or other items that were originally included with the games release

In a dystopian future, the United States has been divided into a series of technologically advanced city-states. To settle disputes, these states engage in a brutal, gladiatorial combat tournament known as the "Biological Flying Robotic Enhanced Armored Killing Synthoids" (or BIO F.R.E.A.K.S.). This 3D fighting game from Midway is a bloody and visceral experience. The fighters are bizarre, biomechanical monstrosities, each with their own unique weapons and abilities. The gameplay is fast-paced and brutal. You can use a jetpack to fly freely around the large, multi-tiered arenas. The combat is focused on dismemberment; you can blow off your opponent's arms and legs, limiting their ability to fight back. And in true Midway fashion, the game features gruesome fatalities that allow you to finish off your opponent in a variety of spectacular and gory ways. With its dark, futuristic theme and a focus on brutal, high-flying combat, this is a solid choice for fans of the Mortal Kombat series.
